Tata Projects pips L&T and Shapoorji Pallonji Group to build the Noida International Airport

Zurich Airport International AG's Subsidiary Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (YIAPL) has selected Tata Projects to undertake the EPC - Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Process of the Noida International Airport. Tata's Bid was picked over L&T and Shapoorji Pallonji Group for the upcoming project.

Compliant with the deal. Tata Projects now have to construct the terminal, runway, infrastructure, roads, and other utilities along with the ancillary buildings at the Noida International Airport.

The Bid for the development of the Airport was won by Zurich Airport International AG back in 2019. Now with the EPC contract being signed, the first phase of the Airport is on track to be delivered within three years. The Airport is expected to enhance and bolster connectivity between Delhi NCR, Noida, and Uttar Pradesh.
