'Indian spy' inside Twitter?

Twitter’s former head of security, Peiter Zatko filed an 84-page long complaint, alleging that the Indian government forced the organisation to hire a government official. The complaint, which was published by The Washington Post, specified that the “new employee” would have access to "sensitive user information", especially since Twitter has a "weak security infrastructure and insufficient contingency plans in place". Such actions violate Twitter’s commitment to users’ privacy.

The matter was reported to the National Security Division of the U.S. Justice Department and the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, yet the Indian IT Ministry did not respond

within time.

Furthermore, Twitter is already engaged in a legal battle with the Indian government regarding censorship and political discussions on the platform.
